Jesmond assists with reviewing allegations and handling evidence. The decisions remain yours. It provides plans, scripts, reviews, outcomes and letters for grievances, disciplinaries and appeals. Each tool reads your documents, asks short questions one or two at a time, and assembles your decisions into a formal document.

I understand that Jesmond is a prototype, that my documents are processed by a third-party AI service, that every document produced is an AI-assisted draft of my own decisions, and that I am responsible for checking it before it is used. I will use fictional or fully anonymised cases.

Progress in every tool is saved on this device as you go, so you can close a tool and come back to it. Your key is the only thing that is never saved: you will enter it once each time you open Jesmond. Jesmond is not a case management system, so please download your files and keep them safe.
